Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: campaign analytics and performance tracking and combines lead sourcing and outreach in one tool. Where it lags: less useful for non-B2B use cases. On balance the feature set — especially cRM and workflow integrations — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
