Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: geo-targeting by country and city and country and city-level geo-targeting. Where it lags: pricing can scale quickly with usage. On balance the feature set — especially hTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 support — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
