We rolled this out across the team last quarter and goes beyond chatbot limitations. Workflow automation engine fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow automation engine removed a step we used to do by hand. Likely geared toward business users, not individuals, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
