  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and helps recover unbilled or forgotten time. Automatic activity and application tracking fits neatly into how we already work, and insights into time allocation and utilization removed a step we used to do by hand. Background tracking may raise privacy concerns for some users, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
