We rolled this out across the team last quarter and operates 24/7 across chat and SMS. SMS conversation support fits neatly into how we already work, and always-on visitor engagement removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited to chat and SMS channels, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
