We rolled this out across the team last quarter and speeds up claims and policy processing. Integration with insurance core systems fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics on automation performance removed a step we used to do by hand. Primarily useful for insurance sector, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
