I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on visitor intent detection, and engages visitors 24/7 without human staffing caught me off guard. Effectiveness depends on website traffic quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
