  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with major CRMs and helpdesks. Conversation analytics and reporting fits neatly into how we already work, and mobile SDKs for iOS and Android removed a step we used to do by hand. Advanced features require higher-tier plans, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
