  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and captures missed calls and bookings. Appointment scheduling automation fits neatly into how we already work, and conversation logs for staff review removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on call complexity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
