We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates directly with WhatsApp and phone systems. AI voice agents for telephone lines fits neatly into how we already work, and business workflow integration removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires setup and training for specific use cases, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
