We rolled this out across the team last quarter and simple, beginner-friendly interface. PDF to Word, Excel, PPT, and image conversion fits neatly into how we already work, and merge and split PDF files removed a step we used to do by hand. Performance depends on internet speed, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
