  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and integrates with scheduling and business tools. 24/7 availability across time zones fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable greetings and call scripts removed a step we used to do by hand. May struggle with highly complex or emotional calls, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
