We rolled this out across the team last quarter and strong character and scene consistency across clips. Reference-based video conditioning fits neatly into how we already work, and multimodal prompt inputs removed a step we used to do by hand. Quality varies with prompt complexity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
