  Solid for our team

  We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for both outbound calls and follow-ups. Automated appointment scheduling and follow-ups fits neatly into how we already work, and aI voice agents for outbound calls removed a step we used to do by hand. Call success depends on the other party's cooperation, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
