    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on prospect profile context, and reduces manual keyword searching caught me off guard. Quality depends on how well keywords are defined is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Reduced manual intervention is exactly what I needed, and reduces manual operational workload. I do wish limited public detail on integrations, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Bulk image processing just works and speeds up accessibility compliance work. Generated text may need human review can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: calendar integration and consistent, professional phone responses. Where it lags: requires calendar and phone system integration. On balance the feature set — especially 24/7 call handling — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on support for common image formats, and fast conversion from image to video caught me off guard. Output length typically short is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
