Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: unified access to multiple AI models and built for multi-step projects, not just single prompts. Where it lags: less specialized than dedicated single-purpose tools. On balance the feature set — especially centralized organization of prompts and results — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Structured data extraction with custom schemas is exactly what I needed, and scales indexing and retrieval as a managed service. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it saves real time. The onboarding fits neatly into how we already work, and the dashboard removed a step we used to do by hand. The docs could be deeper, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is marketplace of pre-built scraping Actors — handled better than most — and supports custom Actors in Python and JavaScript. Learning curve for building custom Actors is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
