I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on on-demand chat access anytime, and helpful for processing thoughts in the moment caught me off guard. Not a substitute for licensed mental health care is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable design and branding is exactly what I needed, and useful for lead capture and segmentation. I do wish quiz fatigue can reduce effectiveness over time, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
