I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on cross-platform sync (ChatGPT, Claude, and more), and user-controlled memory editing and deletion caught me off guard. Subscription required for full features is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and customizable voices and conversation flows. Call analytics and transcripts fits neatly into how we already work, and call analytics and transcripts removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is sEO-optimized article generation — handled better than most — and automates the full content workflow. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Tables and Interfaces for data and UI just works and reusable templates and shared workflows. Complex agents can be hard to debug can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Citation links to original sources is exactly what I needed, and consensus meter shows agreement across studies. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
