Social media data access fits neatly into how we already work, and developer-friendly endpoints removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires technical setup and coding, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Interface can feel cluttered for new users is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: aI-assisted sales guidance and reduces time spent on manual data entry. Where it lags: less suited to large enterprises with complex accounting. On balance the feature set — especially automated expense categorization — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is keyless authentication — handled better than most — and pay-per-query pricing aligns cost with usage. Newer protocol may have a learning curve is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
