I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on context training for company-specific needs, and reduces need for additional hires caught me off guard. May require oversight for sensitive tasks is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: scalable cloud infrastructure and handles multi-step, complex workflows. Where it lags: autonomous agents may require oversight for accuracy. On balance the feature set — especially task automation across web and apps — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. The API just works and the value for money is strong. The mobile experience lags can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and support is responsive. The onboarding fits neatly into how we already work, and the integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable scripts and use cases is exactly what I needed, and reduces routine workload on human agents. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Speaker diarization and timestamps is exactly what I needed, and supports async and real-time streaming APIs. I do wish requires technical integration work, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
