Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated layout and structure is exactly what I needed, and accessible to non-designers. I do wish quality depends on prompt clarity, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: embeddable chat widget for any site and useful for support and internal knowledge. On balance the feature set — especially multi-source knowledge base support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it is genuinely easy to set up. The integrations fits neatly into how we already work, and the onboarding removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing gets steep at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: editable notes for clinician review and helps reduce clinician documentation burnout. Where it lags: performance may vary with accents or noisy environments. On balance the feature set — especially automated SOAP-style note structuring — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on designed for AI agent integration, and removes need for SMTP setup caught me off guard. Deliverability depends on configuration is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and operates 24/7 without manual intervention. Multi-step follow-up sequence management fits neatly into how we already work, and cRM and email platform integrations removed a step we used to do by hand. Less effective for highly complex enterprise sales, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
