Pretty happy overall. Insurance document understanding just works and supports underwriting and claims teams. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Text and content generation is exactly what I needed, and multiple AI tools in one platform. I do wish may lack depth of specialized standalone tools, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and useful for staying current with new AI apps. Curated AI app directory fits neatly into how we already work, and coverage of creative and productivity tools removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The automation is exactly what I needed, and it is genuinely easy to set up. I do wish the docs could be deeper, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is aI-powered instant answer matching — handled better than most — and reduces volume of repetitive support tickets. Limited customization on lower-tier plans is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
