Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Website and document ingestion is exactly what I needed, and reduces repetitive support workload. I do wish may struggle with highly nuanced questions, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversation history and context tracking, and available 24/7 without staffing costs caught me off guard. May misroute edge-case queries is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Pretty happy overall. The automation just works and the value for money is strong. A few rough edges remain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: role-based data access controls and integrates with common chat and messaging platforms. Where it lags: mainly aimed at enterprise customers. On balance the feature set — especially integration with Slack, Teams, and other tools — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.
