    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and direct answers with clickable source citations. Live web browsing for up-to-date results fits neatly into how we already work, and natural language, multi-turn queries removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires a ChatGPT account for full access, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. The API is exactly what I needed, and the value for money is strong. I do wish the docs could be deeper, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on custom action and tool definitions, and active community and ongoing development caught me off guard. May break on highly dynamic or anti-bot sites is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the integrations and it is genuinely easy to set up. Where it lags: a few rough edges remain. On balance the feature set — especially the API — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automatic transcription and structuring just works and saves time compared to manual note-taking. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
