I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is model governance and audit trails — handled better than most — and strong governance and compliance features. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Voiceover and text-to-speech is exactly what I needed, and access to several AI models. I do wish learning curve across many features, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. The onboarding just works and it is genuinely easy to set up. The mobile experience lags can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: self-hosted deployment and extensible and self-hostable. Where it lags: smaller community than major frameworks. On balance the feature set — especially customizable agent logic — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is agent design and orchestration tools — handled better than most — and targets complex, multi-step automation. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Pretty happy overall. Real-time unified customer profiles just works and handles fuzzy matching and inconsistent data. Requires technical setup and engineering resources can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
