Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Customizable AI chatbot builder is exactly what I needed, and trainable on your own content. I do wish may struggle with highly nuanced queries, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and wide range of templates and use cases. 40+ writing templates and use cases fits neatly into how we already work, and built-in plagiarism checker removed a step we used to do by hand. Fewer advanced features than premium competitors, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational tax Q&A interface, and natural-language question answering caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
