    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automatic replies to Freshchat conversations, and reduces response times on routine queries caught me off guard. Requires tuning to match brand voice is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is task delegation between agents — handled better than most — and supports multi-agent collaboration and task delegation. Multi-agent systems can be unpredictable to debug is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on support for various photo subjects, and works on portraits, pets, and landscapes caught me off guard. Limited to a single art style is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: rapid brief-to-launch workflow and maintains consistent brand voice across assets. Where it lags: effectiveness depends on quality of brand inputs. On balance the feature set — especially aI-generated campaign concepts and messaging — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Test generation is exactly what I needed, and useful for small teams without dedicated reviewers. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
