We rolled this out across the team last quarter and strong multimodal and multilingual coverage. Long-context document support fits neatly into how we already work, and zero-shot classification removed a step we used to do by hand. Requires technical setup and ML familiarity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on tips for integrating AI into routines, and accessible language without heavy jargon caught me off guard. Content may not cover specialized industries is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Margin and profitability analytics is exactly what I needed, and helps clarify margins on AI agent products. I do wish pricing transparency may vary by plan, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Pretty happy overall. The dashboard just works and it is genuinely easy to set up. A few rough edges remain can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
