Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: pipeline and candidate tracking and personalized AI-generated messages. On balance the feature set — especially aI-assisted candidate search — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reusable and shareable automations. Workflow playback and replay fits neatly into how we already work, and quick deployment of recorded tasks removed a step we used to do by hand. May require cleanup or editing after recording, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is text-to-video and image-to-video generation — handled better than most — and frequent updates with new models like Gen-3. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational bookkeeping assistant, and reduces manual data entry caught me off guard. Accuracy depends on document quality is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. WhatsApp-based candidate conversations is exactly what I needed, and meets candidates on WhatsApp, boosting response rates. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Client management and approval workflows just works and client approval and team collaboration workflows. AI features are helpful but less deep than dedicated copy tools can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
