    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: brand-trained AI assistant and brand voice training for consistency. Where it lags: learning curve for brand setup. On balance the feature set — especially brand-trained AI assistant — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Category-based browsing is exactly what I needed, and simple, browsable interface. I do wish smaller catalog than major directories, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and open-source with self-hosting option. Product analytics and funnels fits neatly into how we already work, and session replay and heatmaps removed a step we used to do by hand. Can be resource-intensive when self-hosted, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on conversational AI agents trained on custom knowledge, and trainable on custom documents and data caught me off guard. Voice and high-volume usage can hit quota limits is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational AI for blockchain transactions is exactly what I needed, and natural language interface simplifies crypto. I do wish requires trust in AI-executed transactions, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and runs in the browser, no install needed. AI-powered photo face swap fits neatly into how we already work, and browser-based interface removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
