    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on triage and escalation assistance, and integrates with common help desks and Slack caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable evaluation metrics, and purpose-built for evaluating multi-step AI agents caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Task and state coordination is exactly what I needed, and works with various LLM providers. I do wish documentation may still be evolving, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Background operation across desktop apps is exactly what I needed, and helps recover unbilled or forgotten time. I do wish background tracking may raise privacy concerns for some users, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the API and it is genuinely easy to set up. Where it lags: the docs could be deeper. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
