Skeptical, then convinced
I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on adjustable compression levels, and handles standard ZIP workflows reliably caught me off guard. Limited to common archive formats is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates meeting rescheduling to create focus time. Time-use analytics and reports fits neatly into how we already work, and aI-driven calendar optimization removed a step we used to do by hand. Less useful for roles with rigid schedules, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Certificate lifecycle management is exactly what I needed, and automates complex ISCC mass balance calculations. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is data-driven recommendations — handled better than most — and designed for team-level deployment. Onboarding may require process changes is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: startup idea and interest tagging and focused on early-stage and indie founders. On balance the feature set — especially filters for timezone and commitment — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Performance tracking just works and combines research, writing, and optimization in one place. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
