We rolled this out across the team last quarter and supports custom metrics and evaluators. Customizable evaluation metrics fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable evaluation metrics removed a step we used to do by hand. Primarily aimed at technical teams, not non-developers, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on aI-driven photorealistic rendering, and useful for quick design iteration caught me off guard. Less manual control than dedicated render engines is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: the automation and it saves real time. Where it lags: pricing gets steep at scale. On balance the feature set — especially the automation — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversation analytics dashboard — handled better than most — and 24/7 inbound call coverage. Worth the time if this is your use case.
