I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is activity monitoring and oversight — handled better than most — and customizable roles and instructions per agent. Autonomous actions need careful monitoring is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Where it lags: usage-based pricing can be unpredictable at scale. On balance the feature set — especially built-in embeddings and vector search — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and flexible across different use cases. Works across varied task types fits neatly into how we already work, and goal-driven task execution removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
