Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Prompt versioning and team collaboration is exactly what I needed, and team collaboration on prompts and pipes. I do wish newer ecosystem with evolving documentation, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options
Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: to-do list style interface and simple list-based input fits existing habits. On balance the feature set — especially to-do list style interface — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is the onboarding — handled better than most — and support is responsive. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Free access tier is exactly what I needed, and browser-based, no installation needed. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and it is genuinely easy to set up. The automation fits neatly into how we already work, and the automation removed a step we used to do by hand. Pricing gets steep at scale, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and purpose-built for e-commerce workflows. Integrations with Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Klaviyo fits neatly into how we already work, and human handoff and escalation workflows removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.
