    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and flexible foundation for agentic experimentation. Support for iterative, multi-step tasks fits neatly into how we already work, and inter-agent communication and context sharing removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on refactoring and modernization suggestions, and helps speed up developer onboarding caught me off guard. Niche focus may not suit greenfield projects is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. LLM-driven task planning and prioritization is exactly what I needed, and useful for experimenting with agentic workflows. I do wish running arbitrary commands carries security risk, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is agent assist with reply suggestions — handled better than most — and tight integration with Freshworks products. Worth the time if this is your use case.

    Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: remote system monitoring and management and combines voice agents with remote device management. On balance the feature set — especially conversational voice agents — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: document store and retriever components and active community and detailed documentation. On balance the feature set — especially agent and tool-calling capabilities — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.
