Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Chat-with-content Q&A is exactly what I needed, and interactive chat with source material. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Workflow automation for support tasks just works and supports 10 communication channels. May still need human oversight for edge cases can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: two service tiers and pay-per-query pricing aligns cost with usage. Where it lags: limited to research-style queries. On balance the feature set — especially agent-friendly request flow — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on instruction-tuned model variants, and multiple model sizes for cost/performance flexibility caught me off guard. Less widely adopted than GPT or Claude models is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.
