    Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on automatic escalation to human agents, and learns from existing help content and FAQs caught me off guard. Performance depends on quality of training data is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

    Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Shareable chatbot links just works and no-code setup for non-technical users. Answer quality depends on source data can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

    Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Text-to-video generation is exactly what I needed, and useful for rapid concept and ad testing. I do wish realism varies across subjects and motion, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

    Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and human-like conversational quality. Round-the-clock availability fits neatly into how we already work, and multi-channel support removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

    Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is support for business, education, and marketing use cases — handled better than most — and handles content, layout, and visuals in one tool. Worth the time if this is your use case.
