Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Performance and engagement tracking is exactly what I needed, and combines marketing strategy with on-chain insight. I do wish results depend heavily on project fundamentals, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Drag-and-drop conversation flow builder is exactly what I needed, and supports multiple messaging channels from one bot. I do wish per-interaction pricing can add up at scale, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: meta title and description suggestions and fast generation of long-form articles. On balance the feature set — especially sEO-optimized formatting and headings — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and no new software to learn—works in email. Email-based contract submission fits neatly into how we already work, and automated risk and clause analysis removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is runtime and networking setup — handled better than most — and self-hosted for full data control. Requires your own hosting resources is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
