We're trying to set up a call-handling system where WePickUpThePhone takes customer calls but routes different inquiry types to specialized agent teams in CapiBot. Has anyone done something similar? Wondering about latency between the voice layer and orchestration, and whether the handoff feels natural or if we need middleware.
