Anyone using Mapless AI for small fleet operations yet?

We're managing about 8 delivery vehicles and considering Mapless AI for remote operations to cut down on driver overhead. Has anyone here actually implemented it in a small-to-medium fleet? Curious about the real learning curve, integration headaches, and whether the safety features are as solid as they claim. Any gotchas we should know about before we commit?
