Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: developer API for custom deployments and handles both inbound and outbound calls. On balance the feature set — especially inbound and outbound phone call support — justifies the 5 stars for our use case.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Developer API for custom deployments is exactly what I needed, and aPI and webhook integrations for custom workflows. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Call transcripts and analytics just works and natural-sounding voice with low latency. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
