Overview

Verify is an AI-driven pre-bill review that helps law firms catch billing errors and recover lost revenue. Billing errors, such as rate card drift or markup errors, dual-entry discrepancies, and late timesheets, can cause revenue leakage and disputes. Verify reads documents, translates business logic, reconciles data across systems, and verifies every transaction against the firm's rules. This leads to reduced processing time, lower operational costs, accelerated cash cycles, and improved margins. Additionally, Verify improves margins, reduces manual workload, lowers DSO, and shortens receivables cycles.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and improves realization and cash flow. Workflow integration with billing platforms fits neatly into how we already work, and workflow integration with billing platforms removed a step we used to do by hand. but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Workflow integration with billing platforms just works and catches billing errors before invoices are sent. Requires upfront configuration of client rules can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Real-time time entry compliance checks is exactly what I needed, and improves realization and cash flow. but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is automated flagging of risky charges — handled better than most — and catches billing errors before invoices are sent. Worth the time if this is your use case.
