We rolled this out across the team last quarter and works alongside existing core systems. Integration with insurance core systems fits neatly into how we already work, and analytics on automation performance removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited public information on integrations, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is exception handling and human-in-the-loop — handled better than most — and works alongside existing core systems. Primarily useful for insurance sector is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
