Overview

Topical is an AI agent that curates and writes newsletters for you, allowing you to stay on top of your niche. It finds the best links and sends a clean summary to a chosen Slack channel. Topical also offers continuous intelligence for AI agents, providing structured topic memory, monitoring, and relevance. This helps agents avoid rediscovering the internet every day. Additionally, Topical can monitor help centres, docs, changelogs, and pricing pages for changes that could make support bots give stale or wrong answers.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and automates research and curation. Automated content curation from sources fits neatly into how we already work, and customizable editorial oversight removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited details on integrations and pricing, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
