We rolled this out across the team last quarter and reduces time spent on repetitive tasks. Configurable automation templates fits neatly into how we already work, and business process orchestration removed a step we used to do by hand. Effectiveness depends on workflow complexity, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.
