Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on customizable voices and scripts, and handles both inbound and outbound call automation caught me off guard. still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is real-time analytics and call transcripts — handled better than most — and integrates with common CRMs and business tools. Worth the time if this is your use case.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. CRM and API integrations just works and built-in analytics and call insights. Voice AI may struggle with complex or emotional calls can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
