Overview

Thinkeo is a document generation platform built on a multi-agent AI architecture. Instead of relying on a single model, it coordinates several specialized agents that research, draft, review, and refine content together, aiming to handle longer and more structured documents than typical chat-based tools. The system is designed for tasks like reports, proposals, technical write-ups, and other complex deliverables where structure, consistency, and depth matter. Users can guide the agents through prompts and inputs, while the collaboration between AIs handles much of the heavy lifting around organization and detail.

Solid for our team

We rolled this out across the team last quarter and flexible across business and technical document types. Structured drafting and refinement fits neatly into how we already work, and automated review between agents removed a step we used to do by hand. Learning curve to get the best results from agents, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Does the job

Pretty happy overall. Automated review between agents just works and handles research, drafting, and review in one workflow. May be overkill for short or simple documents can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.

Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Automated review between agents is exactly what I needed, and reduces manual effort on complex writing tasks. I do wish learning curve to get the best results from agents, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Skeptical, then convinced

I went in skeptical — most tools in this space overpromise. It actually delivers on collaborative multi-agent AI architecture, and handles research, drafting, and review in one workflow caught me off guard. Learning curve to get the best results from agents is why this isn't a perfect score, still, I'd recommend giving it a real trial.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is prompt-based guidance and customization — handled better than most — and reduces manual effort on complex writing tasks. Learning curve to get the best results from agents is my one real gripe. Worth the time if this is your use case.
