Use it every day

Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Conversational follow-up questions is exactly what I needed, and speeds up data exploration for non-technical users. I do wish limited control over advanced custom analytics, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.

Compared a few options

Evaluated this against two competitors. Where it wins: conversational follow-up questions and reduces dependency on data analysts. Where it lags: limited control over advanced custom analytics. On balance the feature set — especially natural language querying — justifies the 4 stars for our use case.

Years in this space

I've evaluated a lot of these over the years. What stands out here is conversational follow-up questions — handled better than most — and no coding or SQL knowledge required. Worth the time if this is your use case.
