Does the job
Pretty happy overall. Export to common text and subtitle formats just works and speaker labels and timestamps included. but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Solid for our team
We rolled this out across the team last quarter and speaker labels and timestamps included. Automatic speech-to-text transcription fits neatly into how we already work, and export to common text and subtitle formats removed a step we used to do by hand. Limited built-in editing tools, which is the main caveat, but it has held up under daily use.

Pretty happy overall. Automatic speech-to-text transcription just works and developer API for easy integration. Accuracy can vary with noisy recordings can be annoying, but no dealbreakers — I'd recommend it to a friend without hesitating.
Use it every day
Honestly didn't expect to like it this much. Batch processing and automation is exactly what I needed, and supports many languages and accents. I do wish advanced features require paid plans, but I reach for it almost every day now and it just clicks.
